Production Method: Specially selected extra virgin olive oils from our contract growers and ground Australian Bush Tomato have been used to produce this outstanding oil. Bush Tomato (Akudjura) is organically grown, air dried, ground and pasteurised, and is Gmo free.
Packaging: Our Australian Bush Tomato Infused Olive Oil is packaged in attractive 250ml tabletop glass bottles and a 1 ltr refill tin is also available.
Uses: Ideal for salads, pasta dishes, stir-fries, chicken and fish dishes and as a dipping oil. Especially good for stronger fish dishes such as Tuna and Salmon.
