Production Method: Specially selected extra virgin olive oils from our contract growers and high quality essential infusing oil have been used to produce this outstanding oil. The Mandarin essential infusing oil is cold pressed from the skin of the mandarin fruit (Citrus manurensis) and is Gmo free.
Packaging: Our Mandarin Infused Olive Oil is packaged in attractive 250ml tabletop glass bottles and a 1 ltr refill tin is also available.
Uses: Ideal for salads, pasta dishes, stir-fries, chicken and fish dishes, as a dipping oil, for dessert dishes and excellent for drizzling over fresh summer fruit salads. Our recipe page is updated every two months with a new feature recipe using Hickory ’s Run range of Infused Olive Oils as well as our NASAA Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil .
