Our guarantee and returns policy

You can purchase directly from Hickory ’s Run under the following terms and conditions.

Our guarantee to you is 100% complete customer satisfaction. We deliver what we would expect as outstanding customer service.

Goods remain the property of Hickory ’s Run until payment in full has been received.

If our products do not live up to our description or your expectation we will gladly either refund of exchange your purchases.

Claims must be made within 24 hours of goods being delivered to you. Goods must be returned in their original packaging.

Prior to returning purchases please notify us by e-mail – returns@hickorysrun.com

Once you have received a returns number you will be requested to package the goods for return still in their original packaging so as not to incur more damage, include you personal detials such as name, address, phone and e-mail details and reason for return. The package is then to be forwarded to –
